Additional terms for our games, virtual coins, auctions, made-to-order goods, advertising and subscriptions — and how one account works across all of our services.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Supplemental Terms add to our Terms of Service, and form part
of the same agreement. Where they conflict with the Terms of Service on a subject covered here,
these Supplemental Terms apply. Where a subject is not covered here, the Terms of Service
apply.
These policies also form part of your agreement with us, and are incorporated
into it by reference: the Community Guidelines, the
Buying & Selling Rules, the
Copyright & DMCA policy, the
Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer.
Agreeing to the Terms of Service and these Supplemental Terms means agreeing to all of them.
Each is published in full and linked from every policy page.
1. The services these terms cover
We operate several services under one account. As at the date above, these are:
conmigo.chat — Conmigo: messaging, groups, posts and the
marketplace
high5poker.com — High5 Poker and the other card and puzzle
games
babbleblitz.com — Babble Blitz
Any subdomain of the above, and any additional service we launch and identify as
ours
We refer to these together as the “Services”. Adding a service to this list does
not change the substance of these terms.
2. One account across every service
Your account is a single account used across all of the Services. Creating an account in
any one of them creates your account for all of them.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account on any Service.
Enforcement is account-wide. If we suspend or terminate your account for
conduct on one Service, that decision applies to all of them. Evading it by creating another
account is a further breach.
Identity verification completed on one Service counts for all of them.
Your username is shared across the Services, and is subject to the naming rules in the
Community Guidelines.
3. Virtual coins and in-game items
Play money only. Our games are played with coins that have no cash value.
There is no real-money gambling, nothing can be cashed out, and coins, cards and prizes cannot be
exchanged for money or anything of monetary value — by us, or between players. Tournaments
and duels pay in coins and nothing else.
Coins and virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed,
exchanged or cashed out for money or anything of monetary value, by you or by us.
You do not own coins or virtual items. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable
licence to use them within the game, which ends when your account or the game ends.
Coins and advertising credit are bought through PayPal. They are a licence to use
a feature of the game, not property, and they have no value outside it. We do not
refund coins that have been spent, except where the law requires it or where we have plainly
got something wrong — if that happens, tell us.
Advertising credit differs in one way: if a campaign is stopped before the views bought
have been delivered, the undelivered part returns to the account as credit.
Coins and virtual items may only be transferred between accounts using features we
provide for that purpose within a game. Selling, buying, trading or transferring them outside
the Services — including for real money — is prohibited and may result in
termination.
One wallet across the games. Coins may be shared between our games where
we connect them, and spending in one may draw on a balance earned or bought in another. The
wallet is part of your account, not a separate thing you own.
Coins cannot be used to buy anything on the Conmigo marketplace, and marketplace balances
cannot be converted into coins. The two are entirely separate, and no coin balance is ever
convertible into money.
We may change the price, availability, function or balance of coins and virtual items, and
may discontinue a game. Where a game closes, unused coins are forfeited without compensation.
Coins remaining when an account is closed, by you or by us, are forfeited.
4. Tournaments, prizes and promotions
Where we run a tournament, contest or prize event, its specific rules are published with
it and form part of these terms.
No purchase is required to enter unless the event’s own rules state otherwise and
the law permits it.
We may void entries, disqualify participants and withhold prizes where we reasonably
believe cheating, automation, multiple accounts or collusion occurred.
Play it straight. Do not automate play, script a game, exploit a bug, or
use more than one account to compete against yourself. We may remove scores, reset progress or
close an account that does — a leaderboard is only worth playing for if it is honest.
Where a prize has monetary value, you are responsible for any tax on it.
5. Auctions
A bid is a binding commitment to buy at that price if you win. Bidding
without intending to complete is a breach of these terms.
Bidding on your own listing, or arranging for others to bid on it to raise the price, is
prohibited.
Bids may only be retracted where we permit it — for example a clear and promptly
reported error.
A seller may not cancel an auction to avoid an unfavourable outcome, nor complete the sale
privately to bypass the platform.
Repeated non-payment may result in loss of bidding privileges, suspension or
termination.
When you upload artwork, photographs, text or other material to be printed or produced,
you confirm that you own it or hold all rights necessary to use it in that way, and that it
does not infringe anyone’s rights.
You grant us and our production partners the licence needed to reproduce that material in
order to fulfil the order.
You indemnify us against any claim, loss, cost or expense arising from
material you supplied, including claims of copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy
infringement.
We and our production partners may refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where
we believe material infringes someone’s rights or breaks our policies.
Made-to-order goods are produced individually and are generally not returnable except
where faulty or produced incorrectly.
Production and delivery times given by a partner are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Selling, subscriptions and payouts
Selling features may require a paid plan and identity verification. We may withdraw
selling access where verification is incomplete or where our policies are broken.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective
at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law
requires it.
Prices may change. Where they do, we give notice before the change takes effect for you.
Payments go directly to sellers through the payment provider connected to
their account. We do not hold seller funds, and we are not a bank, payment processor or escrow
service.
Group subscriptions, where offered, are agreements between the group owner and the member.
Money is paid directly to the owner, and the owner is responsible for what they promise their
members.
8. Advertising and sponsored content
We show advertising on our services. It is our own: short lines of text,
sold and served by us, appearing on browsing surfaces such as Home, Marketplace and discovery
pages. We do not use third-party ad networks, we run no advertising SDK in our
apps, and no advertising company receives your data or places anything on your device through
us.
Sponsored placements are labelled. We do not disguise advertising as ordinary content.
Advertisements are chosen from what you are looking at — the section, category or
search term — and, where you have not turned it off, from your own activity on our
services. Nothing is bought from data brokers and nothing about you is sold or shared for
cross-context advertising.
Advertisers must be identity-verified, must comply with all of our policies, and are
responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisement and its destination.
We may refuse, pause or remove any advertisement at any time, for any reason, without
refund where a policy was broken.
Placement, impressions and results are not guaranteed unless stated in writing.
Where a group owner sells a sponsored placement in their own group, the agreement is
between them and the advertiser. We are not a party to it, take no fee from it, and are not
responsible for payment between them — but the advertisement itself must still comply
with our policies, and we may remove it.
Advertising is not targeted using demographic profiles. Where we use your own activity on
the Services to make advertising more relevant, you can turn that off in your privacy
settings.
9. Closing your account
Deleting your account deactivates it. Your profile, posts and listings
stop being visible and notifications stop, but the account is hidden rather than erased —
so you can come back, and so anyone you traded with keeps their record.
You can restore a deactivated account by signing back in.
To have your data erased, ask us at
privacy@conmigo.chat from the address on your
account. We do this by hand and confirm by email, always within 30 days. Erasure is permanent
and the account cannot then be restored. Full detail is on the
Delete your account page.
Records of completed purchases, sales and payments are kept for seven years
for tax, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes, and are then deleted. The other
party to a transaction keeps their own record of it, as with any receipt.
Messages you sent remain in the chats of the people who received them, as they would with
any messaging service. We cannot remove a copy from someone else’s conversation.
Coins and other virtual items are forfeited when an account is closed, by you or by us.
10. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and
promoting the Services — which includes delivering it to the people you sent it to, and
translating it where translation is switched on.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Messages are passed to
translation and assistant providers in order to produce the result you asked for, and are not
used by us to build or improve a model.
That licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has been shared with others
who have not deleted it, and except for copies kept in backups for a limited period.
Content shared from one Service to another — for example a game result posted into a
group — is shared only when you choose to share it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Where a change is material, we will notify you and ask you to accept the updated terms
before you continue to use the Services.
Continuing to use the Services after a non-material change means you accept it.
