Everything that governs your account, in one place. Together these form your agreement with High5ive LLC.

The Terms of Service, the Supplemental Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Licence Agreement are the documents you agree to when you create an account and install the app. The Supplemental Terms bring the rest of the policies on this page into that agreement, so all of them apply. Each is published in full below.

The agreement

Terms of Service Your rights and responsibilities as a user, and the legal basis for using our services.
Supplemental Terms Our games, coins, auctions, made-to-order goods, advertising and subscriptions — and how one account works across Conmigo, High5 Poker and Babble Blitz.
Privacy Policy What we collect, why we have it, who else receives it, and how long we keep it — including how automatic translation works.
Licence Agreement The licence for the Conmigo software itself, on any device you install it. The Terms of Service govern the service; this governs the app.
