What Conmigo is responsible for, and what it is not.

Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using Conmigo, operated by High5ive LLC, a limited liability company formed in Nevada, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”), because it contains important limitations on our liability. Your access to and use of Conmigo is conditional on your acceptance of it, and it applies to everyone — visitors, users and anyone else who accesses the service.
This Disclaimer sits alongside our Terms of Service, which contains the full limitation of liability.
Most of what you see on Conmigo was written, photographed or uploaded by other users. It is theirs, not ours.
Messages, posts, comments, group discussions, listings, reviews and profile information all express the views of the person who created them, in their individual capacity. They do not represent the views or opinions of High5ive LLC, and we do not endorse them.
We have no obligation to monitor, review or edit user content in advance, and we do not. We act on reports, and we remove content that breaks our Community Guidelines — but that is a response, not a guarantee, and content you find objectionable may be visible before anyone reports it.
Conmigo includes a marketplace. We do not own, inspect, test, handle or ship anything listed on it. Sellers are independent, and your purchase is a contract with the seller, not with us.
We make no representation or warranty about any listed item: not its quality, safety, legality, authenticity, condition, or whether the seller's description is accurate. Photographs and descriptions are supplied by the seller. Prices may be wrong. An item may be unavailable.
The inclusion of any item on Conmigo is not an endorsement or recommendation of it by us.
Some categories deserve particular caution. Where a listing concerns health, supplements, cosmetics or anything applied to or consumed by the body, nothing said about it on Conmigo has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and nothing said about it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any such item. The same caution applies to anything sold with a claim about value, authenticity or investment potential — precious metals, collectables and similar. Satisfy yourself independently.
Ratings and reviews on Conmigo are submitted by users about their own individual experience. They are one person's account of one transaction.
An individual experience is not necessarily typical, and does not predict what yours will be. We do not verify reviews, we do not pay for them, and reviewers are not employed by us. We do not necessarily share the opinions expressed in them.
Conmigo translates messages automatically so that people who do not share a language can talk to each other. Machine translation is imperfect. It can be inaccurate, lose nuance, or in some cases convey a meaning quite different from the original.
Translations are provided for convenience. We do not warrant that any translation is accurate or complete, and you should not rely on one where precision matters — in particular for agreements, medical or legal information, safety instructions, or the terms of a sale. Where a translated message and its original differ, the original is what the sender actually wrote.

Conmigo includes features that generate or organise text automatically, including assistant features and the sorting of seller enquiries. Output from an automated system may be wrong, incomplete or misleading, and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind. Check anything that matters.
Conmigo contains links to websites and services operated by others, including links posted by users. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their security or their privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk, and once you leave Conmigo the terms and policies of that site apply instead of ours.
We assume no liability for the availability of Conmigo, or for errors or inaccuracies in the information, products or services on it. Information may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. We may be delayed in updating it. We expressly reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing errors, at any time.
Nothing on Conmigo is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice, and nothing on it creates a professional relationship between you and us. That applies to our own material as much as to anything posted by a user. Where you need professional advice, seek it from a qualified professional.
