What may be listed, how sales work, and what happens when they go wrong.

You can buy, sell, trade, donate, gift, offer or request almost anything on Conmigo, but there are exceptions. All activity must comply with our policies, including our Community Guidelines and these rules.
We will remove listings or requests to buy, sell, trade, donate, gift or offer restricted or prohibited items or services.
Sellers choose how they want to be paid, and that choice decides what protection a sale carries. Check the listing before you buy — it says which method applies.
Contact support@conmigo.chat if you have a dispute with another user. We will review the situation and may intervene at our discretion. We are not a party to sales between users and are not obliged to resolve them, but we act against people who abuse the marketplace.
Breaking these rules may result in a listing being removed, marketplace access being withdrawn, an account being suspended, or a permanent ban. Because one account covers every service we operate, a suspension applies across all of them.

You may not buy, sell, trade, donate, gift, offer or request adult nudity or sexual behaviour content that is pornographic in nature or intended to cause sexual arousal, such as full or partial nudity including close-ups of genitals, buttocks or breasts; sexual intercourse or other sexual acts, including in anime, art, AI-generated content or cartoons; or simulated sexual acts.
No alcoholic beverages or consumables, and no kits for making alcohol.

No animal traps of any kind, including bear traps, leg traps, rodent traps and insect traps.
No appliances to California residents unless they meet the applicable efficiency standards. See the California Energy Commission.
Most art is permitted. You may sell your own original artwork if it does not violate laws, copyrights or trademarks, and you may sell reproductions such as posters or exact replicas on the same condition.
Listings must be authentic and follow all government regulations.
Where an item includes provenance or ownership history, include a photograph or scan of an official document showing the country of origin and the legal details of the sale, together with proof of approved import or export. For a government survey marker, include proof that ownership was transferred to the seller. Replicas must be stated as replicas in both the title and the description.

No human body parts or fluids, including blood, tissue, organs, teeth and urine.
Bullion is permitted. When selling, trading or offering it you must:
Clad, counterfeit, plated or replica bullion may not be listed.
No wireless service contracts.
Graded and ungraded coins and currency are permitted.
Contests and giveaways may be run through the contest feature in a group, where the rules, the entry method and the winner are recorded. The organiser is responsible for awarding what they promised, and for any law that applies where they and their entrants live.
What may not be listed is a freelance opportunity to win — lotteries, mystery boxes, raffles, random drawings, sweepstakes or similar — offered as a marketplace listing or in chat, outside that feature. Tournaments and prize events run by Conmigo itself are covered by the Supplemental Terms.
None of these may be listed.
Unused homemade cosmetics and personal care items in their original packaging are permitted where they comply with government regulations. Used items, or items not in original packaging, are not — including applicators and brushes, colognes, deodorants, hair colours and styling products, lipsticks and lip products, lotions, makeup and accessories, nail polishes, perfumes and testers, shampoos and hair care, moisturisers, soaps, sunscreens and toothpastes.
No counterfeit items or unauthorised copies. Items sold under a brand name or bearing a brand logo must be authentic and produced by or for that brand. All films, music, software and other media must be original.
No credit or debit cards.
You may not buy, sell, trade or request cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, virtual wallets or mining contracts as the item being sold. Accepting cryptocurrency as payment for a permitted item is a seller-arranged payment method and is covered above. This does not apply to in-game coins or other virtual items issued by Conmigo within our own games, which have no cash value and are governed by the Supplemental Terms.
No items insensitive to victims of disasters or tragedies.
No goods from Cuba; the Crimea, Donetsk (DNR) and Luhansk (LNR) regions of Ukraine as defined under applicable sanctions; North Korea; Iran; or Syria. Businesses, organisations and individuals based in those places, or appearing on the Specially Designated Nationals list, may not sell on Conmigo.
No products that bypass, defeat or disable emission-control systems, including fuel management or auto start-stop disablers; aftermarket standalone ECUs and full EFI conversion kits; blocking plates; oxygen sensor bypasses; exhaust servo eliminators; powertrain or exhaust parts marked “race only” or “off-road only”; products removing catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters, SCR or DEF; throttle response controllers; tuners, software or services that modify vehicle performance; and vehicles with modified, tampered or deleted emission controls. No tickets to any event.
No food or beverages.
No used headstones, markers or urns.
None, whether physical or digital.
Gold, minerals, gemstones, meteorites and other geological material may be sold where it was lawfully obtained and you have the right to sell it. You may not list material that was removed unlawfully — including material taken from government, protected or public land without the required permit or claim, or taken from private land without the landowner’s permission — nor material whose removal breached the terms of a claim, lease or permit. Describe weight, purity and origin accurately.
No hazardous products or materials, including asbestos; carbon tetrachloride; carcinogens; chlorobromomethane; CFCs; chloroform; chemical herbicides, weed killers, pesticides and insecticides; combustibles such as black powder, toy gun caps, exploding targets, explosive fuses, flares, flash paper, fireworks, gasoline, red phosphorus and thermite; corrosive substances; cyanide; DNP; explosives and explosive precursors including aluminium powder, ammonium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, hydrogen peroxide above 12% w/w (carbamide peroxide above 34%), magnesium nitrate hexahydrate, magnesium powder, nitric acid, nitromethane, nitro-fuel, potassium chlorate, potassium nitrate, potassium perchlorate, sodium azide, sodium chlorate, sodium nitrate, sodium perchlorate, sulphuric acid and urea nitrate; flammable and combustible products; fireworks and their components; halons; HBFCs and HCFCs; methyl bromide, methyl chloroform and methylene chloride; poisons; radioactive materials; and refrigerants.
No explicit illegal content, real or fictional, including bestiality, child abuse, child pornography, obscene content, incest, necrophilia, rape, scat, snuff films, theft or torture.
Most jewelry is permitted, with these exceptions: no diamonds, gemstones or metals sourced from countries with civil conflict, terrorism or criminal activity that do not comply with the Kimberley Process; and no Niihau shell jewelry.
When selling jewelry you must provide accurate measurements, sizes, gemstone types, grades and treatments, and disclose any flaws. Materials must be described accurately:
No bump keys, code grabbers, lock picks, key duplication devices or slim jims.
No official or replica law enforcement, emergency services or government accessories, badges, coats and jackets, equipment, emergency lighting and sirens, hats and headwear, shirts or uniforms.
No lottery tickets, codes, coupons or game pieces.
No medical or healthcare products.
Military surplus such as backpacks, blankets, boots, canteens, clothing, foot lockers, hats, helmets and sleeping bags is permitted. The following are not:
You may buy and request these. You may only sell or offer them described as Alaska Native, American Indian or Native American where you follow all government regulations and the item was made by someone certified as an Indian artisan by a recognised tribe, or by an enrolled member of a state or federally recognised tribe. No items that promote or support hatred, violence or discrimination on grounds of belief, colour, disability, ethnicity, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, race, religion or sex. This includes Confederate battle flags and items bearing that image; epithets and slurs; Holocaust and Nazi-related items, including reproductions and anything bearing a swastika; slavery items, including reproductions; items promoting membership in or funding of a terrorist organisation; and items with racist, antisemitic or otherwise demeaning portrayals.
You may not buy, sell, trade or request anything related to online gambling, including betting, bingo, casino gaming, lotteries, fantasy sports, poker, raffles and sweepstakes. This restricts what users may list. It does not apply to our own free-to-play games, which are played with coins that have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money — see the Supplemental Terms.
No personal contact, private or sensitive information, including addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and social security numbers.
No living or dead plants, and no seeds.
The following are permitted where they meet the stated standards, and the listing says so:
The following may not be listed: products recalled by any government agency or manufacturer (see CPSC, NHTSA, EPA); products prohibited by law or regulation; products deemed a health or safety hazard by a government agency; products lacking legally required markings; products with an easily accessible button battery; crib bumpers and infant inclined sleepers (see the Safe Sleep for Babies Act); laser pointers; smoke or carbon monoxide detectors; used bike, motorcycle or safety helmets; used car seats; used cribs; military, tactical or high-powered lasers; toy magnets that may appeal to children or have small parts that can be swallowed; and 18650 batteries.

Real estate listings are an advertising format for connecting with buyers rather than a sale. Unless you are a licensed real estate professional, you may not list real estate on behalf of a third party.
No counterfeit or replica coins and currency, and no equipment for making them.
You may not offer or request the following services: coaching or personal advice; dating, sexual encounters or escort services; get-rich-quick schemes; illegal services; offers to improve, leave or manipulate reviews; multi-level marketing programmes; social media services that add followers, comments, likes, shares or other engagement; and website traffic services. This restricts what users may list. It does not apply to subscriptions, creator tiers or group memberships operated by Conmigo, which are covered by the Supplemental Terms.
No slot machines.
Collectible stamps are permitted, and must include photographs of the actual item and an accurate description of its condition. Replica stamps must be stated as replicas in the title and description. Counterfeit stamps, and equipment for making them, may not be listed.
No stocks or securities.
None, including cigarettes, cigars, nicotine pouches and loose tobacco; electronic nicotine delivery systems, e-liquids, parts and accessories; herbal cigarettes and herbal tobacco; nicotine patches and gum; and tobacco seeds.
No travel-related services or incentives, including airline tickets, hotel rooms and lodging, cruise tickets, third-party travel certificates and documents, travel club memberships, and travel incentives such as awards, coupons and upgrades.
Most used clothing is permitted. These are not: athletic supporters, bathing suits, bras, boxers and briefs, diapers, underwear and socks. Used clothing that is listed must be properly cleaned, accurately described as to condition, and photographed.
No unlicensed consoles or handheld systems, cabinets, or cartridges.
In accordance with government regulations and international law, most weapons may not be sold on Conmigo. The following may not be listed:
The following are permitted where you follow all federal, state and local laws — including those where the buyer is: any knife not listed above; training or practice weapons made of rubber foam, dense foam, or foam with plastic interior tubes; and any sword except a sword cane.
